This was an evening for the history books, with party-goers fuelled by delicious cocktails from the SoCo bar & donned in our limited edition Birds x SoCo party shirts and caps, needles to say from that point on it was all about the shirts, sips and sunk putts.

It wasn’t long before night set in and the energy was palpable, with sips, grins and “Oooh’s” & “Aaah’s” humming throughout the crowd as the trails from glow-ball tails filled the night sky.

Then the real action began.

A fresh instalment of our Putt Putt Jam with 32 players competing in single-putt knock out rounds. Undeterred by the heckling, smoke machines and general shenanigans, the course greenskeeper, Casey Hurell, emerged the certified chicken dinner. 
 

Casey sunk some insane putts in front of a rowdy Colosseum style crowd at North Bondi and walked away with a brand new Taylormade Spider putter  (worth $500 bucks) a tasty bottle of smooth-drinking Southern Comfort whiskey and of course, some sweet, sweet Birds of Condor apparel.

Of course, nothing worth having comes easy.

The Birds creative team skipped up to Bowen QLD (where TF?) to link up with the lads from SoCo, hoping to shoot a sexy, sunny campaign video for the collaboration...

But Mother Nature had other plans...

Over the course of our scheduled three-day shoot, we were gifted a total of just four hours worth of sunshine... but we refused to let that dampen our spirits… the jetski took care of that, IYKYK.

But hey, we made it work and were able to created something pretty tidy, if we don’t say so ourselves.
