If you want to return a product to Birds of Condor, please consider our returns policies below.

Ordered from the USA store?

You can return eligible products within 21 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return a product, please email [email protected] to arrange a return. 
Please note, we do not offer free returns.

Condition

If you are sending headwear back please make sure it is in original condition with tags attached including the inner cardboard insert.

It must be sent back in a box.

All apparel/accessories must be un-worn/un-used in original packaging with tags attached.

If we make a mistake by sending you the wrong or defective product, rest assured we will make good with a new shipment, but if you change your mind or buy the wrong thing then we do not guarantee that a return will be possible.

All returns must be sent by a trackable method. Please make sure to email tracking details & carrier name (USPS/UPS/FedEx etc) to [email protected].

Options

If your order qualifies for return then you can choose to:

  • Get a store credit
  • Get a refund

Exceptions

  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Returns of returns are not accepted
